ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the third respondent to consider grant of patta in her favour by considering her representation dated 17.07.2025.
2. Heard the arguments of Mr.K.Prabhu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission
stage itself.
3. According to the petitioner, she has been in possession and enjoyment of the subject property situated in S.No.41/2, Payadipaati Revenue Village, Vaandanviduthi Village, Malavarayanpatti, Karambakkudi Taluk by putting up a residential house. Based on her long possession the petitioner submitted a representation on 17.07.2025 seeking issuance of free house site patta. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come up before this Court.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents would submit the representation of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.
5. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.07.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of eight weeks, after affording
