Heard Mr. I.Velpradeep, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. M.Senthil Ayyanar, Learned Government Advocate for the First Respondent, Mr. K.K.Senthil, Learned Counsel for the Second to Fourth Respondents, Ms. M.Aasha, Learned Government Advocate for the Fifth and Sixth Respondents and Mr. D.Shanmugarajasethupathy, Learned Counsel for the Seventh Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the First to Fourth Respondents to take action against the Seventh Respondent, based on the representation of the Petitioner dated 27.10.2021 and the collective representation dated 22.11.2021 of the Jamathars of Jummah Masjid, Batlagundu, Dindigul District pending in Na.Ka.No.
222/Va.Aa/Dindigul/2020 dated 02.06.2020 on the file of the Fourth Respondent.

It is brought to notice that after filing of this Writ Petition, the Chief 3/6
Executive Officer, Tamilnadu Waqf Board, Chennai, by proceedings in Proc.No.616/B8/DGL, dated 17.12.2021, has taken direct management of the Waqf and its copy has been placed on record.

In view of the subsequent events, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition, but it would not preclude the Petitioner, if he has any further grievance, from working out his remedies before proper forum in the manner recognized by law.
In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid observations. No costs.
