O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner and the respondent No.3 are the shareholders of the ancestral property along with others. However, the respondent No.3 stated to have been making an effort to evict the petitioner, thereby the petitioner has filed a representation on 23.08.2023, but no action has been taken, thereby sought for suitable directions. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that this is the second round of litigation. Earlier, the respondent No.3 has filed a complaint against the petitioner in respect of the same issue and it was closed on 22.08.2023 advising both the parties to approach the appropriate civil Court/appropriate forum and the present petition is also on similar lines and therefore, within short time, the police will close the same by advising both the parties to approach the appropriate legal forum.

4.Since the representation of the petitioner is being taken care and it is reported that the dispute between the petitioner and the respondent No.3 is purely civil in nature, no further directions can be given in this case and accordingly, this Petition is disposed of directing the respondent police to complete the enquiry on the representation of the petitioner dated 23.08.2023 as quickly as possible, not later than two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
