Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned orders of the third respondent bearing Letter No.Na.Ka.No.727/Aa2/2017 dated 09.04.2018 and Na.Ka.No.727/Aa2/2018 dated 12.07.2018 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to approve the transfer of the petitioner to T.D.T.A Middle School, Devarkulam and to direct the respondents to release all monetary and consequential benefits to the petitioner.
