ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for a direction to the respondent Nos.3 and 4 police to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner for building a asbestos shed house in the vacant land assigned to the petitioner by the respondent No.2. 2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that as per the proceedings dated 07.12.2020 in Na.Ka.No.5643/2020/Aa5, patta was granted to the petitioner in S.No.473/81 to an extent of 0.01.0 ares and when the petitioner intended to construct a asbestos shed house along with her husband in the said land, the rival parties raised objections and obstructing them. Therefore the petitioner has filed an application before the respondent police against four persons for suitable directions.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on the other hand submits that the enquiry is going on and the police will complete the enquiry as quickly as possible.

4.It is to be noted that the petitioner was issued with a house plot and if it is not handed over to the petitioner properly, the very purpose for grant of patta to the land or house site to the petitioner will be defeated. Therefore, if at all the submissions made by the petitioner is correct, basing on the material placed before the police, the respondent Nos.3 and 4 police along with the respondent No.2/the Tahsildar are directed to see that there is no obstructions to the petitioner in enjoying the property given to her by the Government within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above directions, this Petition is disposed of.
