For Respondent : Mr.S.Manikandan, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.1100 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused No.1 & 2 who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under sections 341, 294(b), 353 & 506 (2) of IPC, in Crime No.1100 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that when the police escort brought the accused No.3 to produce him before the learned judicial magistrate Court No.II, Kovilpatti, the petitioners along with the third accused, abused the police escort in filthy language and criminally intimidated them in the Court premises. Hence, this complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocent and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he seeks anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that these petitioners tried to interact with the 3rd accused person. When the same was objected by the escort team, they abused the escort team in filthy language and criminally intimidated them.

5.The petitioners herein are females. The first petitioner is aged about 57 and the second petitioner is aged about 42. These petitioners have tried to interact with the accused persons in the Court premises and the attempt that has been made by the petitioners are not proper and permissible.

6.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioners are females, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions.

6.Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail, on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kovilpatti, Thoothukudi District, and on further condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m once in a week until further orders.
