PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to direct the learned Special Court under PCR Act conferred on the learned III Additional District Court (PCR) At Thanjavur to liberally consider the bail applications filed by the Petitioner on the same day concerned in Cr.No.1246 of 2022 on the file of the second Respondent.

O R D E R

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks a direction from this Court to direct the Court of the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR cases), Thanjavur, to consider the bail application of the Petitioner.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) by way of reply submitted that the Petitioner has one previous case under Mines and Minerals Act.

3.Considering the submissions of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the Petitioner is directed to surrender within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order or from the date of uploading this order in the website of this Court before the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR cases), Thanjavur. On such surrender and on filing of bail application by the Petitioner herein, the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR cases), Thanjavur, shall consider the bail application and pass appropriate orders as per law.
