PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating with the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent, in No.Z1/605/2023 dated 06.08.2024, and quash the same as it is arbitrary and illegal and in consequence to direct the 3rd respondent to reinstate the petitioner with all attended benefits. 1/4

ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed by an Office Assistant working in the third respondent school, challenging his order of termination, dated 06.08.2024.

2.A perusal of the impugned termination order reveals that without conducting any enquiry, the order of termination has been passed. 3.The learned Counsel appearing for the third respondent on instructions submits that the third respondent had decided to recall the order of termination and has decided to proceed with an enquiry in accordance with law. 2/4

4.In view of the above said facts, no further adjudication is called for. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of, recording the submission made by the learned Counsel appearing for the third respondent herein. No costs.
