The petitioner with a grievance that the respondent police is harassing him under the guise of an enquiry, has approached this Court. 2.Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that based on the complaint of the fourth respondent, a current paper enquiry has been conducted by the respondent police on 19.02.2025 and the same was closed on 06.08.2025, as the issue is civil in nature, by advising the parties to approach the competent civil Court to get the appropriate relief. He further submits that they have not harassed the petitioner. 3.Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed, with a direction to the respondent police to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner, enabling him to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
