PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.169 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.1, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 15.11.2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 392 and 397 IPC, in Crime No.169 of 2021, on the file respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 14.11.2021, the petitioner along with other accused went to the petrol bulk of the defacto complainant and threatened the sales man to put 21 litres of petrol to his two wheeler on loan. When the same was refused, they attacked the defacto complainant with hands and snatched a sum of Rs.1000/- from him. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution, he has been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that the petitioner is in judicial custody from 15.11.2021. Hence, he seeks bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is having 3 previous cases and investigation is pending.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the antecedents of the petitioner, there is every likelihood of absconding, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
