ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records FIR pertaining to the case in Crime No. 130 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

2. Learned Government Advocate submitted that final report was filed on 17.10.2023 before but not taken on file so far.

3. In view of the above submission, the matter has become infructuous. There shall be a direction to the trial Court to process the final report within the stipulated time. The petitioner is at liberty to work out remedy through appropriate proceedings, if he is so aggrieved.

4. With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 29.11.2023 NCC :
