This petition is filed to condone the delay of 418 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 4.

3.Though notice served on the 5th respondent and name is printed in the cause list, none appeared for the 5th respondent.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and taking into consideration that the respondents 1 to 4 have got no objection for condoning the delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 418 days, however, on payment of costs.

5.Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned on payment of 2/3
