This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.147 of 2023 pending on the file of the learned District Munsif Court, Nanguneri within a time stipulated by this Court.

Considering the fact that the suit has been filed in the year 2023 for an easementary right, there shall be a direction to the learned District Munsif Court, Nanguneri to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.147 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible but not later than six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on merits and in accordance with law.

3. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
