When this contempt petition has been taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that writ appeal has been preferred as against the order dated 23.04.2025 passed in WP(MD)No.11327 of 2019, however with a delay of 114 days and the Division Bench of this court has also entertained the same, ordered notice and the petitioner has also entered appearance. 2/4
