2.The petitioner accused No.4 in Crime No.36 of 2021, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 8(c) r/w Section 20(b) (ii)(c) of the NDPS Act has filed this anticipatory bail petition. This is the 5th anticipatory bail petition. 3.The petitioner / accused No.4 was present along with the other accused, who transported ganja in a car.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that this is the 5th anticipatory bail application filed by the petitioner. The earlier four applications filed by the petitioner were dismissed by this Court considering the nature of the offence. There is no change of circumstances and therefore, prays that this petition be dismissed. 5.The earlier petitions seeking anticipatory bail, filed by the petitioner were dismissed by this Court and there is no change in the circumstance as of now. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this criminal original petition at this stage.
