No. 15167 of 2021 by on Order dated 08.10.2021 the file of this Hon`ble High Court Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.A.UTHAYAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Due to some defect found in surety memo, the petitioner is unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.15167 of 2021 dated 08.10.2021.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 08.10.2021 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.15167 of 2021 is extended further for a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
