ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 27.08.2024 for the offence under Sections 126(2), 296(b), 308(4) and 351(3) of BNS, 2023 in Crime No.370 of 2024, seeks bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of 1/3

the case.

3.Considering the fact that the petitioner has got 31 previous cases and he is repeatedly flouting the earlier bail conditions imposed in all those cases that he will not indulge in similar or other offences, this is not a fit case for grant of bail. 4.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would argue that this is a put up case. But, on perusal of the FIR, it can be seen that the other witnesses have also come to the spot, trying to rescue the defacto complainant and they were also being threatened by the petitioner. Therefore, on a prima facie reading this Court is unable to agree with the learned Counsel for the petitioner. When the petitioner is committing offences throughout the State and the offences are pending before various police stations, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 5.The copy of this order shall be placed before Inspector General of Police, Southern Zone, to oversee that all the cases as against the petitioner being investigated and the trial is expedited.
