Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner seeks appointment on compassionate grounds. The petitioner's husband had passed away on 09.01.2018 while he was in service. The learned Special Government Pleader informs the Court that the petitioner's name is very much figuring in the list of candidates to be considered for appointment on compassionate grounds and as and when her turn comes, she would definitely be considered for appointment. 3.Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
