PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to call for the records pertaining to the case in Crime No.442 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police and quash the same as illegal as far as the petitioner is concerned.

accused 1 & 2 for the offences punishable under Sections 9(B)(1)(a) of the Indian Explosive Act, 1884.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent has submitted that the Police have completed the entire investigation and within a short time, they would file charge sheet before the concerned Magistrate.

3.Considering the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent Police to file charge sheet as quickly as possible not later than two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
