This petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and her children life and limb based on her representation dated 16.07.2018.
2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, the third respondent conducted enquiry and closed the same.
3. At this juncture, the prayer sought for the by the petitioner cannot be granted. Hence this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
