ORDER

The first Criminal Original Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1007 of 2024 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Karur vide order, dated 29.08.2024.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. Even though the petition is filed for relaxation, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the situation is tensed and hence, the petitioner has to stay away for some more time.

4. In view thereof, instead of the last modification directing the petitioner to move from Thiruvannamalai to Perambalur, the petitioner shall sign before the Inspector of Police, Town Police Station, Thiruvannamalai once in a week i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 am for a period of two more weeks and thereafter, the condition shall stand relaxed. The other condition imposed on the petitioner remains unaltered. 2/4

5. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
