ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 296(b), 115(3) & 351(3) BNS in Cr.No.334 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing on either side submitted that the case in Cr. No.334 of 2025 has been registered only for the bailable offences.

3.Recording the above submission, this criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to surrender before the respondent Police and obtain Station bail.
