This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct respondents to give necessary police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner, his family members and property comprised in T.S.No.1632/2 and S.F.No.7/1 situated at Kalnayakkan Street, Woraiyur, Trichy District

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh complaint for fresh cause of action.
