The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.251 of 2021. She wants the final report to be filed at the earliest. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the final report was filed as early as on 22.07.2021 before the jurisdictional Court. However, the matter is yet to taken cognizance. The learned Additional Mahila Court (Magisterial Level), Madurai is directed to take a call in the matter on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
