The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.932 of 2017.It was registered as early as on 27.11.2017. The petitioner's gold chain was snatched. The petitioner's grievance is that till date, there is no breakthrough.

2.In a case of this nature, transfer of investigation may not serve any purpose. The second respondent is therefore directed to file the final report within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
