ORDER
Alleging non compliance of the order made in WP(MD)No.7674 of 2015 dated 02.04.2019, the present contempt petition has been filed. 2.The petitioner filed the above writ petition for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to pay all his terminal benefits including the monthly pension along with 18% interest by taking into account his service from the date of entry till the date of superannuation on 31.03.2007 and consequential benefits. This Court by order dated 02.04.2019, disposed of the writ petition directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.12.2013 in the light of the Award passed by the Labour Court in I.D.No.220/2011 dated 21.09.2007 and Claim Petition No.105/2009 dated 30.08.2011 and pass orders within eight weeks. 3.Today, the learned Additional Government Pleader would produce the order dated 13.11.2019 passed by the respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Cont.P(MD)No.1521 of 2019 rejecting the claim of the petitioner and stated that the orders of this Court in the above writ petition is complied with. 4.Since the order has been passed on the representation of the petitioner, as per the orders of this Court, the contempt petition is closed. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved by the above said order, he is at liberty to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
