ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take necessary action on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 11.07.2018 within a time frame.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has represented that license was granted to the fourth respondent for a period of 2018-2019. At that time, he made complaint. As of now, there is no dispute with regard to the license and the prayer in this petition has become infructuous. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent also admitted that nothing survives in this petition and the same is become infructuous.

4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents also admitted that this petition has become infructuous.

5.In view of the above submissions, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
