ORDER

This Petition has been filed to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.79 of 2021 from the file of the Sub Court, Alandur, Chennai District and transfer the same to the file of the Sub Court, Tiruchendur, Tuticorin District.

2. The petitioner is the respondent in H.M.O.P.No.79 of 2021, pending on the file of the Sub Court, Alandur, Chennai District, filed by the respondent for divorce. 1/3

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed, by directing transfer of H.M.O.P.No.79 of 2021, pending on the file of the Sub Court, Alandur, Chennai District, to the file of the Sub Court, Tiruchendur, Tuticorin District. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.

4. Considering the fact that the marriage between the petitioner and respondent was solemnized only on 11.11.2018 and also considering the fact that they are having a minor child born on 01.02.2020, the learned Sub Judge, Tiruchendur, Tuticorin District, shall refer the parties for mediation and thereafter, take up the case for final hearing, if mediation fails and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of a copy of mediation report.
