PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to the impugned order of transfer passed by the first respondent in Sa.Mu.Aa.No.26364/P2/2020, dated 29.11.2021 and quash the same.

This Writ Petition is filed to quash the impugned order of transfer, passed by the first respondent in Sa.Mu.Aa.No.26364/P2/2020, dated 29.11.2021.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
