Order :These petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.JOSEPH ZINOSON.J, Advocate for the petitioner in both petitions and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, GOVT. ADVOCATE (CRIMINAL SIDE) on behalf of the Respondent in both petitins the court made the following order:- These petition have been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD).Nos.15534 & 15624 of 2021 dated 08.10.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court on 08.10.2021 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and charge sheet has been filed before the committal Court and after committal, now it is pending before the learned II Additional District Judge, Tuticorin and posted on 14.12.2021 for appearance of accused. The petitioners shall appear before the trail Court on that day.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD).
