ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 528 of BNSS., seeking orders, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned FIR in Crime 1/4

No.193 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent Police and quash the same as illegal.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.,26.09.2024), the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the first respondent police, after completing the investigation, has already filed the final report before the jurisdictional Court through e-filing and he has also produced the copy of the same.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
