ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A4 herein, who was arrested on 01.07.2020 for the alleged offence under Sections 302, 342, 201 r/w 109 of IPC, in Crime Nos.RC.0502020S0009 & RC.0502020S0008 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The petitioner is facing trial in S.C.No.470 of 2020 on the file of the learned I Additional District Judge, Madurai. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the marriage of his sister's son is going to be held on 10.12.2021 and he is the only maternal uncle, who has to perform customary rites at the time of marriage. But however, since the trial is going on before the trial Court, the petitioner has to move the trial Court seeking appropriate remedy.

3.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
