ORDER

The above petition is filed seeking an expeditious disposal of HMOP No.606 of 2018 on the file of the Family Court, Madurai. 2.The B-diary extracts would show that an application in I.A.No.46 of 2021 is pending since 16.12.2020 and is being adjourned frequently for enquiry.

3.In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai to dispose of IA No.46 of 2021 on or before 31.03.2022 and steps shall be taken to dispose of HMOP No.606 of 2018 within in a period of four months thereafter.
