This petition is filed seeking to call for the records in connection with FIR in Crime No.12 of 2020 pending investigation on the file of the first respondent and quash the same. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and Final report was filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate on 04.11.2022 and the was not taken on file so far. 3.Since final report has been filed, the petitioner has to work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings before the concerned Court. 4.With the above said liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
