Mr. SMA.Jinnah, Advocate PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.17 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police. 1/3

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/ Accused apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences under Sections 406, 420, 506(i) and 120(b) of IPC in Crime No.17 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant was searching for a job for her son. Hence she approached a person namely Muruganantham. On his instruction, she transferred money to the tune of Rs.1,85,000/- to the Bank account of the co-accused. But he failed to arrange job or to return the money. Hence the complaint.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that based upon the instructions made by the fourth accused, the amount was credited to the account of the petitioners.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that totally six victims are there and the total amount involved in this case is Rs.30 Lakhs.

5. Learned counsel for the intervener would submit that by promising to secure job in the Metro Services, Hyderabad, they have cheated innocent victims. The money is not recovered.

6. Considering the allegations, the earlier application was dismissed by 2/3

this Court. I find no change in circumstances and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
