Seeking quashment of the proceedings in Crime No.60 of 2025, on the file of the first respondent police, the petitioner has approached this Court.

2.Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), who takes notice for the first respondent submits that the investigation in Crime No.60 of 2025 has already been completed and final report has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Padmanabapuram and the same was taken on file in CC.No.124 of 2025. He further submits that the case is posted to 26.08.2025 for the appearance of the accused.
