ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Sole Accused herein, who was arrested on 11.11.2021 for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 353, 307 & 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.198 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the petitioner has been detained under Act 14 of 1982 by the order dated 07.12.2021. 3.Since the petitioner was detained under Act 14 of 1982, this petition deserves to be dismissed and depending upon the future action, the petitioner is at liberty revive his petition. 4.With the above liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
