ORDER

The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the orders of this Court dated 25.05.2022 made in W.P(MD)No.10395 of 2022.

2. A perusal of the above said order indicates that the petitioner was directed to approach the District Collector/Regional Transport Authority and in case, if she files any such an application, the District Collector was directed to decide the matter in accordance with law. However, no time limit was fixed for the Regional Transport Authority. After the orders of this Court, the District Collector/Regional Transport Authority has passed an order on 10.10.2022 and also communicated the same to the learned counsel for the contempt petitioner. Therefore, the order passed by this Court has already been complied with. Hence, nothing survives to be adjudicated in this contempt petition.
