ORDER
The petitioners are accused Nos.1 to 5 in S.C.No.173 of 2022 on the file of the Additional Sessions Court, Padamanabapuram. They are facing 1/4
charges for the offence under Sections 307, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 147 and 506(ii) IPC. They have moved this petition to quash the proceedings pending against them in S.C.No.173 of 2022 on the ground of compromise.
2. Though this petition has been filed on the ground of compromise, there is no compromise memo filed before this Court.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners claims that the petitioners have filed a compromise memo in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13398 of 2025. Therefore, they have not filed any compromise memo in this case.
4. Since there is no compromise memo filed in this case, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh petition along with a compromise memo.
