This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to expeditiously complete the investigation and file charge sheet in crime No.309 of 2011 on the file of the respondent No.3 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that already investigation in crime No.309 of 2011 has been completed and the same has been closed as 'Mistake of Fact' and they also served referred charge sheet notice on 24.02.2019 to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL.O.P (MD) No.12841 of 2018 petitioner and the same was refused to receive the petitioner and hence, it was served through the Village Administrative Officer and hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. 3.Recording the same, this petition is closed.
