This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to interfere with the petitioner's property till the disposal of the proceedings in O.Mu./A3/3610/2018 dated 27.06.2018 issued by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Iluppur. 2.It is seen that the proceeding in O.Mu./A3/3610/2018 is pending before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Iluppur. It is also seen that the dispute between the petitioner and the counter-party is civil in nature.

3.Further, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents submitted that no complaint is pending as against the petitioner.
