2. The only prayer made in this writ petition is for consideration of the petitioner's representation dated 13.07.2018. The petitioner has alleged that there are encroachments in survey Nos.42 and 43/2 in Kanchanayakkanpatti Village.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader clarified that survey No. 42 is a patta land and that therefore, the question of authorities taking action does not arise. As far as survey No.43/2 is concerned, there is no encroachment. Since the respondents clarified the factual position, no further order is required. This writ petition is closed. No costs.
