ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) Challenging the possession notice dated 21.09.2022, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent has accepted the one time settlement proposal of the petitioner at Rs.37 Lakhs, out of which, the petitioner has paid Rs.6,50,000/- and the balance amount has to be paid on or before 23.05.2023.

The aforesaid submission is not refuted by the learned counsel for the respondent.

Thus, recording the aforesaid submissions, the Writ Petition is closed leaving it open to the petitioner to pay the remaining 2/4
outstanding amount as per the one time settlement proposal accepted by the respondent. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
