This Writ Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the respondent to release the sale deed pending in Document No.P-56 to the petitioner herein.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of this Writ Petition, the document was released and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
