This contempt petition is filed that the order of this Court in WP(MD) No.16824 of 2015, dated 05.12.2023 has not been complied with.

2.Today(13.12.2024), when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent /Tamil Nadu Housing Board, Tirunelveli submits that as against the orders passed by this Court, in WP(MD)No.16824 of 2015, dated 05.12.2023, the Housing Board has filed a writ appeal in WA(MD) No.1931 of 2024 and the same was dismissed by the Honourable Division Bench of this Court on 18.10.2024. Challenging the same, the respondent Board has preferred a Special Leave Petition in SLP(C) No.029216/2024, dated 04.12.2024 before the Honourable Supreme Court, wherein, a notice has been ordered. 3.Since the matter has been seized of by the Honourable Supreme Court in SLP(C) No.029216/2024, dated 04.12.2024, this contempt petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to renew his 2/4
