PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondents 2 and 3 not to interfere in the civil dispute as prevailing between the 1st petitioner and the respondents 4 and 5 and also discontinue the harassment, torture, humiliation forthwith on the petitioners.

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents 2 and 3 not to interfere in the civil dispute as prevailing between the 1st petitioner and the respondents 4 and 5 and also discontinue the harassment, torture, humiliation forthwith on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police has registered a case in Crime No.23 of 2018 against the petitioner herein.

3. Hence the third respondent police is directed not to interfere with the civil dispute pending between the parties,except the case registered in Crime No. 23 of 2018 against the petitioner.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
