ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.6 of 2022 and file a final report early before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirupathur. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the Respondent submitted that FIR in Crime No.6 of 2022 has been registered 1/4
for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 342, 506(1) of Indian Penal Code and Sections 4 and 6 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961. Hence, he seeks three months time to complete the investigation. 3.The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submitted that first accused/husband of the Petitioner is living in Canada. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Investigation Officer shall follow due procedures, including issuing summons to the first accused in Canada through the Indian Missions abroad through Ministry of External affairs thorugh the office of the Superintendent of Police, Sivagangai.
5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
