ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the second respondent to file a final report / charge sheet in Crime No.203 of 2013 within a time frame.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that C.D. file in Cr.No.203 of 2013 is found missing and they are taking necessary steps to trace out the same.

3.It is seen from the records that FIR in Cr.No.203 of 2013 came to be registered on 15.07.2013. Despite lapse of more than 11 years, the second respondent Police has not taken any steps. 4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that the second respondent will complete the investigation and file the final report, within two months.

5.Recording the above submission, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Cr.No.203 of 2013 and file the final report, within period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
