This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to conduct expedite investigation as against the Accused in Crime No.21 of 2019 pending on the file of the Respondent police. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that investigation is almost completed.
