The petitioner has approached this Court with a grievance that his two wheeler and mobile phone have been seized by the respondent Police.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that the two wheeler and mobile phone of the petitioner have been seized by the respondent Police for the purpose of interrogation and the same have also been returned to the petitioner, on 08.08.2025.
3.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
